Markus advises a wide range of companies in all sectors, including national and international companies in France, on all aspects of individual and collective employment law and social security law. His practice is particularly focused on international employment contracts, managing director’s status, negotiation of termination packages, mobility, complex restructuring operations, including social plans, transfer of business as well as day-to-day advice to HR departments. Moreover, Markus assists his clients before French Courts.
Markus specializes in compliance related issues (alert procedures, audits, employee trainings, preparation and assistance during anti-corruption controls, etc.).
